Montessori Classroom Inclusivity
Little City Montessori is committed to providing our students and staff a supportive and inclusive environment. Our goal is to create a diverse, mixed-age classroom. Consideration is given to currently enrolled students and siblings, the needs of the family (early and after care), diversity, classroom space availability, balancing of ages and genders, and the order in which an application is received.
Our curriculum
Little City Montessori’s curriculum honors the Montessori tradition while responding to the needs of today’s learners. Spanning toddler through upper elementary, our programs are intentionally sequenced to foster independence, creativity, and critical thinking. Each stage—from practical life works in early childhood to advanced inquiry in elementary—builds on the last, creating a joyful, hands-on learning journey.

Embracing Autumn: A Season for Exploration
Learning is about asking questions.
Prospective toddler families simply need to apply and complete a private tour. Prospective Primary and Elementary students will also need a recommendation form and a new child visit.
Toddler families will be invited by December 1st. Primary and Elementary families will be notified no later than by February 1st. A waiting list with rolling admissions will take place after these key dates.
Families can apply right on our website.
Students start exclusively at the beginning of the academic year to ensure quality and continuity. The program is designed so they will benefit from being with the same teachers and classmates all year long.
We have an eight-week program for enrolled toddler and primary students.
LCM has a need-based tuition assistance program that is funded by the school. LCM also supports military families by accepting MYCCN. Please note, LCM does not accept CCIS.
